Estimator - Manufacturing

As a Business Analyst, your role will involve preparing business analysis MIS to assist Management in decision making. This includes product-wise profitability preparation and analysis, as well as finalizing financial results and other MIS reports. You will collaborate with the manufacturing department to enhance profitability and work on new model costing with the Plant to achieve desired profitability levels. Your responsibilities will also include preparing Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Mid-Term Plan (MTP) at the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Level, along with analyzing the performance of the previous year. You will be responsible for costing data preparation and analysis for different product verticals, as well as conducting various analyses such as Budget vs. Actual with detailed explanations. Additionally, you will be expected to report variances from the budget to management, analyze the reasons for these variances, and suggest potential countermeasures for improvement. You will also be involved in Balance Sheet and cash flow preparation and analysis, monitoring Free Cashflow position, managing debtors, and overseeing working capital management. Furthermore, your role will include capital and operational budgeting in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to ensure effective control over operations. You will play a key role in interpreting the company's financial results to management and recommending activities for improvement.
