PHC Group has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. You will be a trusted partner to the business, providing impeccable service to help hire only the best for our business units including Ascensia Diabetes Care ,Epredia ,etc. We are looking for a recruiter to help us attract and identify talent across corporate functional areas. Our location: Mumbai What you’ll be doing for us: You will be helping us attract and hire talent across all our corporate functions for Ascensia Diabetes Care, Epredia, PHC Indonesia,etc. • You will manage the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, candidate identification and screening, hiring manager engagement, interview scheduling, offer proposals and negotiation, pre-employment clearance validation. • You will execute various sourcing strategies including internet job boards, networking, social media, resume mining. • You will conduct competency and skill-based interviews to assess candidate qualifications to make sure we are selecting and hiring the best possible talent. • You will be an advocate for our ATS, Workday, and guide managers where necessary. • You will engage in other projects as assigned. Skills & competencies you’ll need for success: Bachelor's Degree is required. • 1-2 years of Talent Acquisition experience. • Experience with the recruiting module of Workday is preferred. • You must be a strong communicator, highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. • You are results driven with a customer service orientation. • You are a self-starter who works well independently and as a team member. • Knowledge of the medical device industry is a plus. • Regional experience is a plus.
