HR Executive (NIGHT SHIFT)

Job Summary We are looking for an HR Executive to handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, and payroll processing with accurate salary calculations in line with Indian labor laws. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination) • Handle joining formalities, documentation, and employee induction • Maintain recruitment and onboarding records HR Operations • Maintain employee master data, HRMS, and personnel files • Manage attendance, leave, shift rosters, and overtime records • Coordinate with department heads for HR requirements Payroll Processing & Calculations • Prepare monthly payroll with accurate salary calculations • Compute earnings and deductions including: • Basic, HRA, Special Allowance, Incentives • PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS • Leave encashment, overtime, arrears, bonuses • Process full & final settlements and gratuity calculations • Ensure timely salary disbursement and payslip generation • Coordinate with finance/payroll vendors for payroll execution • Resolve employee payroll-related queries and discrepancies Statutory Compliance • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act) • Prepare and submit statutory returns and challans • Support internal and external audits related to payroll and HR Employee Relations & Engagement • Address employee HR and payroll queries • Support employee engagement and welfare activities • Assist in performance appraisal and increment processes Training & Development • Coordinate training programs and maintain training records Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year Application Question(s): • Are you comfortable for Night Shifts • Highest education qualification Work Location: In person
