Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist based in Gwalior. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for offering emergency medical treatment (EMT), providing quality healthcare services, conducting training sessions, and ensuring best practices in medical and healthcare activities. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with healthcare teams to deliver optimal care to individuals and communities. Qualifications • Proficiency in Emergency Medical Treatment (EMT) practices and procedures • Strong foundation in Medicine and general healthcare knowledge • Ability to train, educate, and mentor teams in healthcare-related practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Relevant certifications or licenses in healthcare and EMT practices • Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Healthcare, or a related field • Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is a plus
