Job Type Full-time / Remote Salary ₹15,000 per month About the Role We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Social Media Manager who can take complete ownership of our social media presence. This role is ideal for someone who understands content, creativity, and performance marketing — and can work comfortably in a fast-paced startup environment with a small team. Key Responsibilities • Plan, create, and manage social media content across platforms • Design and edit engaging posts, reels, and short-form videos • Handle end-to-end video and photo editing • Create content calendars and execute consistent posting • Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads • Monitor performance metrics and improve campaigns based on results • Collaborate with the team to build brand presence and growth strategies Requirements • Strong experience in social media management • Excellent video editing and photo editing skills • Good creative sense and ability to generate fresh content ideas • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads • Understanding of content trends, reels, and short-form content • Ability to work independently and handle startup pressure • Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team Preferred Skills • Experience working with startups or small teams • Basic understanding of branding and performance marketing • Ability to think both creatively and analytically Work Environment • Fully remote position • Small, collaborative startup team • Opportunity to grow with the company and take ownership Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Application Question(s): • Are you proficient in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software? • How familiar are you with latest social media and digital marketing strategies (2026 trends)? • Are you confident in handling complete social media management independently, including: 1.
