Key Responsibilities
• Sourcing and Talent Acquisition: Identify prospective candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Screening and Assessment: Evaluate resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, draft job descriptions, and set salary expectations.
• Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring teams.
• Offer Negotiation: Extend employment offers, negotiate compensation packages, and conduct reference checks.
• Onboarding Support: Facilitate the initial onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Metrics Reporting: Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire to improve efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) as a recruiter, either in-house or with an agency.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-management abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
