Full Stack Workdpress Web Developer

Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced and passionate WordPress Developer to join our team! As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins.Should possess different programming skills such as PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Should have understanding of aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on). Responsibilities and Requirements: • WordPress template integration, bug fixing, plugin development and customization • Troubleshooting, Hosting, Testing and maintaining the core product web application and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality. • Follow industry best practices in code and security. • Provide SEO recommendations and support for editorial content or product changes • Create and maintain key weekly, monthly and special reports, dashboards and analysis using various sources of data from Google Analytics, Google and Facebook ads • Maintain and manage site tracking and tagging • Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery • Experience designing and developing responsive design websites • Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc. • Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers • Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages • Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML) • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools {{such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial}} • Strong understanding of PHP back-end development • Ability to understand UI/UX designs/functions from FIGMA files and convert them into WordPress webpages Qualification: • Degree in computer science/EXTC with a focus on software development. • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience • Completed online or in-person certification course with specialisation in one or more programming languages. • Advanced experience using analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics • Advanced Excel and Data visualization skills (Google Data Studio, Looker, Tableau, etc.) • Understanding of SEO strategies such as Headline and Meta optimization or structured data implementation • Experience using audience growth tools (e.g. Google Trends, Crowdtangle, SEMRush, Yoast…) a plus
