Automotive Data Integrity Officer - Data Processing, Advanced Excel & Salesforce

Automotive Data Integrity Officer, Assurant-GCC, India This position is primarily responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient handling of all policy and third party administered claims data across Assurant’s programs and related activities through Assurant’s data handling tools, systems, and applications. Working as an effective member of the Business Services function, this role will ensure a client-centric approach is always taken, servicing internal and external customers, with regular monitoring and reporting being fundamental in meeting the broader business demands. This position will be in Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad at our India location. Work Timing: 6:30 AM IST to 3:30 PM IST What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? • Process customer data including new business, claims and cancellations. Address and rectify any errors that may be identified • Load data within agreed timeframes on a program-by-program basis ensuring data integrity is maintained • Ensure all policy cancellations and changes are processed in an accurate and timely • Assist with the support and maintenance of the various business systems • Liaise with internal and external clients to ensure the business has timely access to accurate information across all business systems • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, via phone and email in a prompt and efficient manner • Ensure compliance requirements are adhered to by supplying the relevant PDS to clients under the regulatory requirements • Contribute to the continuous improvement and profitability of the business through the identification and implementation of efficiencies and enhancements • Create and maintain Policy Administration processes and procedures, ensuring clear and concise documentation of current processes including ongoing review of department manuals • Reconcile data outputs and data inputs with 100% accuracy What are the requirements needed for this position? • Process customer data including new business, claims and cancellations.
