The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, counseling them about our courses, and converting leads into admissions. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to students and parents from provided leads • Handle inbound calls and respond to course-related inquiries • Explain Skills Spehere courses (Digital Marketing, English Speaking, IT & more) clearly • Follow up with interested candidates and maintain proper records • Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets • Coordinate with the marketing and counseling team • Maintain a polite, professional, and positive attitude on calls Required Skills & Qualifications • Good communication skills in English & Hindi • Basic knowledge of sales or counseling (education sector preferred) • Confident personality with convincing skills • Ability to handle objections and close admissions • Freshers are welcome (training will be provided) • Experience in telecalling or education counseling is a plus What We Offer • Friendly and supportive work environment • Fixed salary + performance-based incentives • Growth opportunities within SkillSpehere • Training & skill development support Preferred Location • Candidate should be able to commute easily to Shalimar Bagh, Delhi Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹9,825.72 - ₹21,173.00 per month Work Location: In person
