**Job Summary**: • *Responsibilities**: - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design ideas effectively. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals. - Build and maintain design systems, reusable components, and style guides to ensure consistency across projects. - Implement user-centered design principles to solve complex design challenges and enhance usability. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design iterations. - Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance. - Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to improve design workflows. • *Requirements**: - Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Figma Designer. - Proficiency in Figma, including creating components, variants, and interactive prototypes. - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. - Experience in building and managing design systems. - Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design approaches. - Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and ensuring designs are inclusive. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Experience with user research and usability testing is a plus. - Knowledge of tools like Adobe Creative Suite, FigJam, or other design-related software is advantageous. • *Preferred Qualifications**: - Experience working with developers and familiarity with handoff tools (e.g., Figma Inspect). - Portfolio showcasing relevant Figma design projects • *Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month • *Advantages**: - Flexible schedule - Paid sick time - Work from home Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Night shift - Rotational shift - Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus •
