Data Analyst with Excel

Key Responsibilities Data Modeling & Analysis Develop and maintain complex data models and dashboards to track KPIs for supply chain, capacity planning, and product utilization Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights Independently analyze large datasets to interpret gaps, trends, and correlations Data Extraction & Automation Utilize strong SQL skills to extract, transform, and analyze data from internal databases, external APIs, and cloud platforms Design and implement automated data pipelines for collection, cleaning, and processing Create and modify macros to enhance Excel workflows and automate repetitive tasks Reporting & Visualization Build and maintain dashboards to communicate data insights effectively to stakeholders Prepare reports tailored to cross-functional teams including demand planners, supply planners, and product managers Leverage advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, lookup formulas, statistical formulas, conditional formatting, and graph/chart creation Process Improvement & Collaboration Identify opportunities to enhance analytical capabilities and operational efficiency Contribute to improving processes and data accuracy across projects Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable solutions
