Job Title: E-Commerce Executive Experience Required: 1–3 Years About the Organization We are a growing niche fragrance venture associated with Astro Pathshala, a well-established institute known for its work in astrology, spiritual sciences, and traditional knowledge with a strong global community. The organization is expanding into the niche industries. focusing on traditional and premium products. Key Responsibilities Manage and update product listings on the website and e-commerce platforms. Handle Shopify store management, including product uploads, collections, and updates. Coordinate with the team for product descriptions, pricing, and inventory management. Monitor order processing, dispatch coordination, and stock tracking. Optimize product listings for better visibility and sales performance. Support the marketing team in online campaigns, offers, and product launches. Track sales performance, website traffic, and marketplace analytics. Manage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, or other platforms (if applicable). Ensure accurate product catalog, images, and product information across platforms. Education Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Candidates with certification or training in E-commerce / Digital Marketing will be preferred. Preferred Skills Experience in Shopify or other e-commerce platforms. Understanding of product listing, catalog management, and inventory control. Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar marketplaces. Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets for data management and reporting. Basic understanding of SEO for product listings and online sales optimization. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-growing brand environment.
