Graphic Designer

Location: Aluva Work Mode: Work from Office Experience: 0 – 3 years Language Requirement: Working knowledge of Malayalam About the Role We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to support our daily marketing content needs. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you’ll work closely with the marketing team to create consistent, on-brand visuals for social media and paid campaigns. You’ll receive clear briefs, guidance, and regular feedback—making this a great role to learn, grow, and sharpen your design skills. What You’ll Be Doing • Design posters, banners, and social media creatives • Create ad creatives for paid campaigns • Resize and adapt designs for different platforms • Maintain brand consistency across all visuals • Handle day-to-day design requests from the team • Deliver creatives within timelines while managing multiple tasks What We’re Looking For • 0 – 3 years of experience in graphic design • Hands-on experience with Photoshop / Canva (Illustrator is a plus) • Understanding of social media design styles and trends • Basic knowledge of visual hierarchy and layout • Organised, reliable, and open to feedback • Ability to handle high-volume work and tight deadlines Good to Have • Thumbnail design experience • Experience creating ad creatives • Basic motion or animation skills • Basic video editing skill Why You’ll Like Working With Us • Hands-on experience working on live campaigns • Clear direction and regular feedback • Supportive, startup-style work environment • Opportunity to grow creatively and take ownership of projects Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
