ob Description – Business Development Manager (BDM) Position: Business Development Manager Location: Udaipur / Rajasthan Industry: Decorative Lighting, Poles, Infrastructure, Projects Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities in projects, government tenders, and private sector. • Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert inquiries into orders. • Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, contractors, and government departments. • Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial negotiations. • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. • Market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning. • Coordinate with design, production, accounts, and execution teams for smooth project delivery. • Follow up on payments and client satisfaction. Qualification & Experience: • Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred. • Minimum 5–10 years experience in projects / B2B sales / lighting / electrical / infrastructure industry. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Experience in government & institutional projects is an added advantage.
