Field Growth Executive/Sales - Fresher

About the job: Ateli is an on-demand material sourcing and delivery service for construction and interior sites. When a site is stuck because a material is missing, Ateli sources it from nearby vendors and delivers it quickly . Our goal is simple: let site teams focus on execution while we handle procurement. Role Overview We are looking for a Field Growth Executive who will introduce Ateli to construction sites across the city and bring new customers onto the platform. This role is highly field-oriented and requires daily interaction with contractors, site supervisors, and project managers. The person will help construction teams discover a faster and simpler way to source urgent materials. Key Responsibilities Visit 810 construction sites daily across assigned areas Introduce Atelis service to site supervisors, contractors, and project managers Identify urgent material requirements and help place the first trial order Build relationships with sites to encourage repeat usage Maintain a list of active sites and follow up regularly Share feedback from sites to help improve operations and service Coordinate with the Ateli operations team to ensure smooth delivery of first orders Ideal Candidate Comfortable working on the field and visiting construction sites daily Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-driven and confident approaching new people Basic understanding of construction materials or site work is a plus Prior experience in field sales, construction supply, hardware stores, or logistics is preferred Success in this Role Success will be measured by: New construction sites onboarded Number of first trial orders generated Repeat orders from newly acquired sites What We Offer Opportunity to work closely with the founding team High ownership and real impact on company growth Performance-based incentives linked to new customer acquisition Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: Salary: Competitive salary Experience: No experience required Deadline: 2035-01-01 00:00:00
