Job Title: Clinic Doctor – Chronic Care & Revenue Growth (Unani/Ayurveda) Location: Opposite Krishna Nagar Police Station,Lucknow,Pin-226012 Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3+ Years About the Clinic We are a specialized Unani & Ayurveda clinic focused on the treatment and long-term management of chronic diseases. Our model emphasizes personalized care programs, patient retention, and structured treatment plans designed to deliver lasting results. Role Overview The Clinic Doctor will be responsible for patient consultation, chronic disease management, patient retention, and driving clinic revenue through high-value treatment plans. The role requires a strong balance of clinical expertise and revenue-focused patient management. Key Responsibilities 1. Patient Consultation & Treatment • Conduct detailed patient assessments for chronic diseases. • Develop customized Unani/Ayurvedic Medicine and Treatments • Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups. • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. 2. Patient Retention & Relationship Management • Build long-term relationships with patients. • Educate patients about treatment timelines and expected outcomes. • Ensure high renewal rates of treatment programs. • Address patient concerns effectively to reduce drop-offs. 3. High Ticket Case Management • Design and recommend structured long-term treatment packages. • Handle premium cases with personalized care. • Increase average ticket size through appropriate extended treatment plans. • Ensure patient satisfaction while maintaining ethical medical standards. 4. Revenue Responsibility • Take ownership of monthly revenue targets. • Contribute to clinic growth through effective case conversion. • Work closely with front desk/counseling teams to optimize patient journey. • Track key metrics such as renewals, retention rate, and average revenue per patient. Required Qualifications • BUMS / BAMS / MD (Unani/Ayurveda) or equivalent. • Strong knowledge of chronic disease management. • Excellent communication and counseling skills. • Business-oriented mindset with patient-centric ethics.
