Job Overview
Atom Capitol is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with proven experience in generating high-quality real estate leads. The role involves planning, executing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns along with supporting organic marketing strategies to drive qualified property enquiries.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience running campaigns for real estate projects such as residential plots, apartments, or commercial properties and should understand the lead funnel from ad click to site visit.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Create campaigns specifically designed for real estate lead generation, including property enquiries, site visits, and bookings.
• Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to maximise lead quality.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and continuously optimise campaigns to reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL).
Real Estate Lead Generation Strategy
• Build and optimise lead funnels for property marketing.
• Run lead form campaigns, landing page campaigns, and WhatsApp conversion campaigns.
• Implement retargeting strategies to convert interested prospects into site visits.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
Organic Marketing Support
• Support organic reach through content distribution and social media visibility.
• Help promote project launches, offers, and property updates organically.
• Work on social media content to improve organic lead generation.
Analytics & Reporting
• Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
• Prepare weekly reports on lead volume, lead quality, CPL, and campaign performance.
• Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns.
Requirements
• 2+ years experience in real estate digital marketing or property lead generation.
• Strong experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads for real estate projects.
• Proven track record of generating qualified real estate leads.
• Experience with lead form campaigns, landing pages, and retargeting strategies.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and improve performance.
Preferred Skills
• Experience marketing plots, residential projects, or investment properties.
• Knowledge of CRM systems used for real estate lead management.
• Experience working with real estate sales teams.
• Understanding of property markets.
