(Dabur Warehouse – 3PL Operations)*Salary Range:** ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month*Warehouse Size:** ~1,50,000 sq. ft.*Employment Type:** Full-Time*About the Role:** We are seeking a highly capable **Warehouse Manager** to lead and oversee the end-to-end operations of our large-scale third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse supporting FMCG operations for Dabur. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient warehouse processes, accurate inventory management, compliance with safety standards, and seamless coordination across functional teams. • Key Responsibilities:**Manage all daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of FMCG products.Lead inventory management: ensure accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and proper , train, and develop warehouse staff to maintain high performance and adherence to SOPs.Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and workflow processes to improve productivity.Ensure compliance with safety, health, hygiene, and regulatory standards.Coordinate with transportation, logistics partners and 3PL stakeholders to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.Prepare and present operational reports, performance metrics, and MIS to senior management.Implement improvements to warehouse processes and practices to drive operational excellence.
