Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist based in Surat. The role involves providing professional healthcare services, including emergency medical services (EMS) and medical treatments. The Healthcare Specialist will also be responsible for effective communication with patients, their families, and healthcare team members. Additionally, the role includes delivering healthcare education, assisting in health-related training programs, and ensuring adherence to medical standards and protocols. Qualifications • Proficiency in Emergency Medical Treatment (EMT) and foundational knowledge of medicine • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders • Experience in healthcare services and relevant training in medical practices • Ability to provide training and education in health-related topics • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining quality and compliance with medical guidelines • Relevant certifications or degrees in medicine, healthcare, or a related field are preferred
