Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Sales Executive role located in Thane. As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating and following up on sales leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and conducting sales presentations. You will identify client needs and provide tailored solutions, assist with proposal preparation, and maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication. You will also collaborate with the sales team to execute sales strategies and achieve targets. Qualifications • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of sales practices, client relationship management, and lead generation • Basic understanding of IT services such as Cyber Security, Quality Assurance, or related fields is advantageous • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines • Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
