Staff Accountant/Accounts Executive

Role Overview: As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the general ledger and assisting with journal entries. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining balance sheet reconciliations for UK entities, assisting in the inventory management process, revenue recognition process, customer billing, as well as preparing VAT returns. Additionally, you will support year-end audit preparation and documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain the general ledger and assist with journal entries - Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations for UK entities - Assist in inventory management process - Assist in revenue recognition process and customer billing - Assist in preparing VAT returns - Support year-end audit preparation and documentation Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in an accounts function - Strong Excel skills - Strong communication and organizational skills - Excellent English oral and written communication - Desirable Experience with SAP business by design Additional Details: You will need to work according to UK-centric timing to fulfill the special requirements of this role.
