Healthcare Automation Support Analyst

Job Location: Pune Experience: 6 months to 2 years Shift: US time zone support (Night shift IST) Qualifications: Any graduation degree. Required Skills • Domain Knowledge- US healthcare processes (claims, billing, eligibility, EHR systems). • Technical Awareness- Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) or workflow monitoring dashboards. • Compliance- Strong understanding of HIPAA and data privacy requirements. • Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly switch from automated to manual workflows. • Communication- Clear documentation and escalation skills. Flexibility: Comfortable working in US time zones (night shifts for offshore teams). Preferred Background: • Experience in healthcare BPO/KPO or payer/provider support. • Exposure to automation/RPA environments. • Prior work in claims processing, billing, or eligibility verification. Responsibilities: • Monitor healthcare automation workflows. • Handle exceptions, perform manual fallback processing, • Ensure HIPAA compliance, document incidents, and support continuous improvement.
