Experienced Full-Time Python Developer

Job Summary We are hiring a Python Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join our consulting team full time. This role is for a single dedicated individual who can take ownership of work, move quickly, and deliver high-quality results across a variety of client projects. You will work on an assortment of software, automation, AI-assisted, and integration-focused projects for US-based clients. Our environment is fast-paced and execution-oriented. We are looking for someone who can work independently, communicate clearly, and turn work around on a daily basis. This is not a role for an agency, staffing team, or layered delivery model. We are looking for one highly capable person who can produce consistently strong work. What You’ll Do • Build, improve, and maintain Python applications, scripts, APIs, and backend services • Work across a range of consulting projects with changing client needs and priorities • Use AI tools effectively to accelerate development, research, debugging, and delivery • Translate business requirements into clean, practical technical solutions • Deliver work quickly with strong attention to quality and detail • Communicate progress, blockers, and decisions clearly in writing • Collaborate with internal leadership and support US-based client needs • Manage your own time and tasks with minimal supervision Requirements • 3–5 years of professional Python development experience • Strong ability to work independently and take self-direction • Experience delivering work in a fast-moving client services or consulting environment • Excellent written communication in English • Comfortable using AI tools to improve speed and output quality • Ability to handle multiple projects and shift context quickly • Strong problem-solving skills and practical judgment • Reliable, responsive, and able to meet daily turnaround expectations Preferred Qualifications • Based in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, or Bangalore • Experience with APIs, automation, backend systems, and integrations • Experience supporting offshore delivery for US-based stakeholders or clients • Comfortable working in a high-accountability environment with direct ownership Important Notes • This is a full-time role • We are hiring a dedicated individual only • Agencies, firms, and multi-person teams should not apply • Speed, clarity, and daily execution matter in this role Who This Role Fits This role is a strong fit for a Python developer who: • likes variety rather than one internal product • can operate without being micromanaged • writes clearly and professionally • uses AI as a force multiplier, not a crutch • is comfortable being judged by output, speed, and quality Work Location: Remote
