Freelancer Recruiter

Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freelance HR Recruiters who are interested in starting or restarting their career in HR. This opportunity is suitable for MBA HR graduates, freshers, interns, and candidates returning after a career break who want to gain practical experience in recruitment. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process. Responsibilities: • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references • Call and screen candidates for different job roles • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates • Maintain candidate database and update reports • Coordinate with HR team for hiring requirements • Achieve monthly hiring targets Requirements: • MBA / Degree with basic knowledge in HR or Recruitment • Freshers / Internship completed / Career break candidates can apply • Good communication skill in Malayalam (Mandatory) • Basic conversation skill in English (Required) • Must have Laptop and Internet connection • Basic knowledge of MS Word / Excel / Google Sheets • Interest in HR / Recruitment field Salary & Benefits: • Monthly Salary / Stipend will be provided • Attractive Incentives based on performance • Work from home opportunity • Flexible working time • Training will be provided Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship, Freelance Contract length: 12 months Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: • Cell phone reimbursement • Flexible schedule • Internet reimbursement • Leave encashment • Paid sick time • Work from home Work Location: Hybrid remote in Palakkad, Kerala
