Job Description Theprincipalresponsibilitiesessentiallyinclude: Ø Tounderstandthe project drawings, SLDs,Installation designs aspect ofprimaryequipment such as transformer, Circuit Breakers, CT, CVT, PT, LA, HT/C&R panel ofsubstationandcivilaspects. Ø Execution knowledge of AC DC works of Solar Projects. Ø To ensure the construction work as per approved design and drawing for all phases ofengineeringconstructionrelatingtoequipmenterectionandtesting. Ø Planandco-ordinateallaspectsoftheconstructionprocesswiththecontractors. Ø Reviewing of Site visit reports, suggesting rectification works, Implementation support,Commissioning,andsystemintegrationsupport. Ø Conducting weekly review meeting at site with contractors to assesstheconstructionprogressasperscheduleandtounderstandthebottlenecksofvariousactivities. Ø Perform all daily inspections and test of the scope to achieve the quality of constructionindicated inthedrawingsandspecificationsforallworksperformedbythecontractor. Ø Cary out inspection for erection methodology and testing for all electrical equipmentandensuresconstructionactivityatthesiteareasperapprovedmethodstatementandFieldquality(FQP)andtestingplan. Ø To ensure the Erection,testing and commissioning ofall electrical equipment asperapprovedFQPorOEMinstallationandtestingguidelines. Ø Appraisingconstruction,O&MaccordingtotheProject’sspecificationsandconstructioncontracts. Ø EnsureHSEaspectsoftheproject. Ø Provide advisingcriticalactivities,scheduleupdates,andrelatedprojectneeds. Ø Ensure subcontractor performance to comply with contract requirements and issueperiodicalertstocontractorstoensurethe constructionqualityof theproject. Ø Review the projectqualityreportsandpunchlistwithappropriatemitigationtechniques to get the compliance report from contractor for smooth handover of theproject. Ø Providing technical guidance to contractors whenever required for re-solvingvariouscomplicationsofsite withtheclose interactionwithHO team. Ø To ensure the proper co-ordination with contractors for submission of project deliverableontime. CandidateSpecification: Ø Excellent communicationskillswithabilitytoproducehigh-qualitytechnicalreportswithinthepredefineddeadline. Ø Strongtechnicalknowledgewithclearfundamentals. Ø Abilityto workbothindividually andaspartofamulti-disciplinedteam. Ø Strongmanagementcapabilities. Ø CompetentuserofmainMicrosoftpackages. Ø Anunderstandingofthekeytechnicalandcommercialaspectsofsolarprojects. Desirablecriteria: Ø Previousexperienceworkingin Solar Industry. Ø Willingnesstotravelforshort-termorlong-termprojectspecificresponsibilities within PAN India.
