Experience: 3+ Years Post-Qualification Location: [ Dewas, Madhya Pradesh] Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of experience to lead our financial operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the integrity of our financial reporting, ensuring bulletproof tax compliance, and providing strategic insights to the leadership team. The ideal candidate has moved past just "doing the work" and is now adept at reviewing, managing, and optimizing processes. Key Responsibilities * Financial Controller-ship: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Ind-AS / IFRS / GAAP. * Tax Management: Lead the strategy for both Direct and Indirect taxation. You will handle scrutiny cases, represent the company before tax authorities, and ensure 100% GST/Income Tax compliance. * Audit Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for Statutory and Internal Auditors, ensuring all queries are resolved and audit reports are clean. * Budgeting & Variance Analysis: Drive the annual budgeting process and provide monthly "Actual vs. Budget" reports with actionable commentary on variances. * Team Mentorship: Supervise and mentor a team of junior accountants and CA articles, ensuring high-quality output and professional development. * Process Automation: Identify bottlenecks in the current accounting workflow and implement tech-driven solutions (ERP enhancements) to improve efficiency. Technical Skills & Qualifications * Certification: Must be a member of the ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India). * Experience: 3 years of post-qualification experience in a mid-to-large size firm or a corporate finance role. * Software: Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and expert-level MS Excel (macros and data modeling). * Compliance: Deep understanding of the Companies Act 2013 and various Tax Statutes.
