SEO Team leader

Job Title: SEO Executive / SEO Specialist Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Experience: 2–4 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive/Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization, with a strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, and content strategy. Key Responsibilities: • Perform in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for website ranking improvement. • Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs for better search visibility. • Conduct regular technical SEO audits and implement necessary fixes. • Develop and execute advanced link-building strategies to enhance website authority. • Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools. • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. • Collaborate with content writers and developers to ensure SEO-friendly website structure and content. • Optimize local SEO strategies, including Google My Business (GMB) optimization. • Conduct competitor analysis to identify SEO opportunities and threats. • Generate detailed performance reports and provide strategic insights for continuous improvement. Requirements: • 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience. • Strong knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc. • Proven experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. • Familiarity with website CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.). • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred). • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. • Excellent communication and reporting skills. • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Certification in SEO or digital marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.). • Experience in eCommerce, local SEO, or international SEO projects.
