Technical Project Intern

Job DescriptionTechnical Project Coordinator (Full-Stack) Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Coordinator with strong full-stack expertise who can manage projects end-to-end while leading a technical team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in frontend, backend, and database management along with strong leadership and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage end-to-end technical projects. • Lead and guide the development team to ensure timely delivery. • Act as a bridge between management and the technical team. • Oversee frontend, backend, and database architecture and execution. • Review code quality and ensure best development practices are followed. • Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables. • Identify risks and implement corrective actions proactively. • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project progress. Technical Requirements: • Strong experience in Frontend Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue or similar). • Strong experience in Backend Technologies (Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, .NET or similar). • Hands-on experience with Database Management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or similar). • Understanding of APIs, server management, deployment, and version control (Git). • Knowledge of system architecture and troubleshooting. Leadership & Soft Skills: • Strong leadership and team-handling ability. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Problem-solving mindset. • Ability to manage interns and junior developers. • Accountability and ownership of deliverables.
