AutoCAD Draftsman/woman

Job Title: AutoCAD Draftswoman (2–3 Years Experience) Location: Edappally Employment Type: Full-Time About Us We are a growing Architecture & Interior Design firm specializing in residential, commercial, and apartment projects. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated AutoCAD Draftswoman to join our team. Job Responsibilities • Prepare detailed 2D architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD • Draft floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detail drawings • Prepare municipality submission drawings and approval drawings • Develop electrical, plumbing, and structural coordination drawings • Revise drawings based on design changes and client feedback • Coordinate with architects, designers, site engineers, and consultants • Maintain drawing standards, layers, and documentation systematically • Assist in quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation (basic level) Required Skills & Qualifications • Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil / Architecture / Interior Design • 2–3 years of experience in an architectural or interior firm • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) • Basic knowledge of building materials and construction details • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings • Good understanding of working drawings and site execution drawings • Attention to detail and time management skills Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous) • Knowledge of SketchUp / Revit • Experience in apartment or residential project drawings • Basic understanding of Kerala Municipality building rules • Site coordination experience Key Competencies • Strong drafting accuracy • Good communication skills • Team player with problem-solving ability • Ability to meet deadlines Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
