We are building our Founding Faculty Team and seeking an experienced AMI-certified Montessori Directress to lead our 3–6 environment. Role Overview As the Lead Directress, you will guide a mixed-age Montessori classroom (3–6 years), mentor assistant teachers, and shape the academic and cultural standards of AVRA. This is not just a classroom role — it is a leadership opportunity.
