Ltd. is hiring experienced Graphic Designers and Photoshop Experts for a PSD Image Collection Project. The role involves submitting high-quality, original, and properly layered Adobe Photoshop (PSD) files across multiple creative themes. This is a freelance, project-based opportunity with potential for bulk assignments after successful evaluation. Key Responsibilities: • Submit original and self-created PSD files • Ensure files are properly layered and fully editable • Maintain clean file structuring and layer naming • Follow project quality guidelines and submission standards File Requirements: • Format: PSD (Adobe Photoshop) • Minimum file size: 15 MB • Minimum 5 editable layers (not flattened) • Properly structured and organized layers • Only legally owned, original files accepted • No copyrighted or watermarked content • Non-AI-generated designs preferred Themes Required: • Posters • Flyers • Birthday Party Designs • Art & Illustrations • Animals • Nature • Other creative categories Mandatory Requirements: • Hands-on experience in Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory) • Strong understanding of layers, smart objects, masks, and editable structure • Experience in creating original PSD designs Sample & Assessment Process: • Minimum 100 PSD files required for initial review • Assessment Round: Submit 15 PSD samples for interview evaluation • After approval, certification confirmation will be shared • Selected candidates will receive an official onboarding letter • Bulk work assigned after final rate discussion Compensation: Payment will be discussed after sample review and pilot approval.
