Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Executive

Position: Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Executive Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Experience: 1- 3 Years Job Summary We are looking for a creative and proactive Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Executive to manage poster creation, video content, digital marketing activities, and basic administrative support. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities and supporting branding and marketing efforts for our freight forwarding business. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design & Video Creation • Design posters, banners, flyers, and creatives for social media and marketing campaigns • Create short promotional videos, reels, and basic motion graphics • Ensure brand consistency across all designs and platforms • Edit images and videos as required Digital Marketing Activities • Manage and update company social media pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns • Create content calendars and marketing creatives • Support basic SEO, email marketing, and online promotions • Monitor engagement and prepare simple performance reports Administrative Support • Assist with basic office administrative tasks • Coordinate with internal teams for marketing and documentation needs • Maintain digital files, marketing materials, and records Requirements • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing • Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro / After Effects (basic) or similar tools • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms • Good communication and coordination skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks Interested candidates may share their resume and portfolio (for design work) to: career@awatacgroup.com Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: • Provident Fund Application Question(s): • What is your total years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing? • Please briefly describe a recent design or digital marketing project, including your responsibilities and tools used. • Do you have experience creating social media posters, banners, or flyers for business use? • Please share a portfolio link (Google Drive / Behance / Website) • Which social media platforms have you managed professionally?
