SEO Specialist Job in Pune (Baner)

Were seeking an experienced, analytical and self-driven SEO Manager to lead our SEO vertical. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in SEO and SEM practices, demonstrate a problem-solving mindset and be capable of delivering measurable results for diverse industries at the agency level. Responsibilities - Manage and rank GMB (Google Business Profiles) for Local & National Clients. - Design and execute effective SEO strategies for our clients to increase their online visibility, traffic and ultimately, revenue. - Analyze and report on SEO performance using various tools, including Google Analytics and Search Console. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithms and best practices in SEO and SEM to ensure our clients remain competitive. - Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for our clients. - Executing link-building activities to ensure quality links from reputable sources. - Manage a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance and training as needed. - Work closely with the content team to create and optimize high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content. - Collaborate with the web development team to implement necessary technical SEO changes and improvements. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all SEO-related matters. Requirements - Proven track record of delivering results to local, national & global clients across wide-ranging industries through effective SEO strategies. - Strong understanding of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building. - Experience using various SEO tools, including Google Analytics and Search Console, SEMrush & more. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing a team of SEO specialists.
