🎯 Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing and scaling Luxoreal’s Amazon USA business, including PPC campaigns, listing optimization, keyword ranking, and launch strategies.
This is the most critical early hire for the company.
Your work will directly impact sales, ranking, and revenue from the very first week.

🧠 Key Responsibilities
1. Amazon PPC Management
• Create, manage, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
• Reduce ACOS and TACOS while scaling revenue
• Perform daily bid adjustments and keyword optimization
• Build ranking campaigns for new product launches
• Analyze search term reports and eliminate wasted spend
2. Listing Optimization & SEO
• Write SEO‑optimized titles, bullets, descriptions, and backend keywords
• Optimize product images, infographics, and A+ content
• Improve conversion rate through continuous testing
• Conduct competitor analysis and keyword gap analysis
3. Product Launch & Ranking Strategy
• Execute launch playbooks for new SKUs
• Manage review generation (Vine, follow‑ups, inserts)
• Track keyword ranking and organic visibility
• Coordinate with operations for FBA inventory planning
4. Analytics & Reporting
• Track daily sales, PPC performance, and keyword ranking
• Build weekly and monthly performance reports
• Identify growth opportunities and optimization areas
• Monitor Buy Box, pricing, and category trends
5. Cross‑Functional Coordination
• Work with design team for listing creatives
• Work with operations for stock levels and FBA shipments
• Work with founder on launch strategy and growth roadmap

📌 Required Skills & Experience
• 2–5 years of experience managing Amazon USA marketplace
• Strong knowledge of PPC, SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization
• Experience with tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, SellerApp, DataDive
• Proven track record of scaling Amazon revenue
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Ability to work fast, take ownership, and deliver results
