Role Description We are seeking a Writer for a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Writer will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality content, crafting content strategies, conducting in-depth research, and revising drafts. The responsibilities extend to proofreading, editing, and supporting content marketing initiatives in alignment with MindPeers' mission to drive meaningful engagement in mental health. The role involves close collaboration with various teams to ensure the accuracy and impactful presentation of written materials. Qualifications • Experience in Content Writing, Creative Writing, and adapting writing to various audiences and platforms • Skills in developing Content Strategies and conducting in-depth Research • Proficiency in Proofreading and Editing to deliver polished and high-impact content • Familiarity with Content Marketing and crafting materials aligned with brand goals • Strong command of written and verbal communication skills • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a collaborative team environment • Experience with mental health or wellness content is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
