Manager - Scientific Affairs

Your key responsibilities: Support Content Development • Support development and management of scientific content for HCPs and internal teams • Support development of marketing communication: visual aids, LBLs, case-profilers, re-writing articles, patient education materials, etc. • Approval of marketing LBL ensuring scientific accuracy as per the B Braun guidelines and policies. Scientific Focus Strategy • Support the execution of HCP engagement & training programs via CMEs, Workshops, round table meetings. • Share latest scientific articles, data through literature review for medical communication for multiple therapies Project Leadership • Lead projects end-to-end—from brief intake and strategy development to execution and delivery • Present recommendations, content plans, and engagement strategies with clarity and confidence • Manage timelines, feedback loops, and stakeholder expectations across multiple therapies Evidence Generation • Support end-to-end operational delivery of country specific data generation activities Local Data Generation (LDG), Investigator Studies Program (ISP), post-approval research, and other in-scope interventional/non-interventional studies. • Support execution of publications, consensus with management of timelines and stakeholder expectations. Training • Conduct periodic training of therapy overview for sales team as and when needed. • Support MSA in conduct of regular training of therapy specialist on scientific content, HCP training modules and other communications.
