F&B Operations Manager (India)

Greetings from Back To Source!! We are looking for a F&B; Operation Manager at Back to Source. Location: Chandigarh Experience: 8+ Years Joining: Immediate Joiner Required Key Responsibilities - Manage and oversee F&B; operations across multiple outlets. - Shall be able to review and update the existing SOP’s with respect to Kaizen. - Conduct regular operational audits to ensure compliance with company standards, SOPs, and quality benchmarks. - Monitor service standards, hygiene, and customer experience across outlets. - Lead, mentor and manage outlet managers and F&B; teams. - Ensure team grooming, discipline, and performance standards are maintained. - Handle team conflicts, operational challenges and problem resolution effectively. - Shall ensure harmony and efficiency across all outlets. - Ensure compliance with food safety, statutory and company policies. - Support new outlet openings. - Shall be able to coordinate with the maintenance team to resolve interior and floor-level maintenance issues that affect guest experience.
