Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacy Incharge located in Rajkot. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, supervising staff, ensuring the availability of medications, maintaining adherence to healthcare regulations, and overseeing inventory and procurement processes. The Pharmacy Incharge will collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure prescriptions are accurately filled and patient care is prioritized. Qualifications • Strong knowledge in pharmacy operations, inventory management, and procurement processes • Proficiency in regulatory compliance and medication safety protocols • Leadership, team management, and staff supervision skills • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or M.Pharm) • Valid pharmacy license and relevant certifications • Prior experience in a healthcare or hospital pharmacy setting is advantageous
