Project Manager

Project Manager – Road Project The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing road construction projects within deadlines and budget. He/She will manage site teams, contractors, materials, quality, and client coordination. Key Responsibilities: • Overall execution of road construction projects (Highway / State Road / Internal Road). • Planning and scheduling work as per project timeline. • Coordination with consultants, contractors, and government authorities. • Monitoring project progress and preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports. • Ensuring quality control as per MORTH / IRC specifications. • Managing project budget and cost control. • Handling billing, BOQ verification, and subcontractor payments. • Ensuring safety standards and site compliance. • Managing manpower, machinery, and material planning. • Client coordination and project handover. Required Skills: • Strong knowledge of road construction techniques (WMM, GSB, DBM, BC, PQC). • Knowledge of MORTH & IRC specifications. • Project planning skills (MS Project / Primavera preferred). • Budget & cost control knowledge. • Leadership & team management skills. • Good communication and reporting skills. Qualification: • B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering • Experience: 7–15 years in road/highway projects Preferred Experience: • Experience in National Highway / Government projects • Experience in EPC projects • Knowledge of AutoCAD and project management software Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month Benefits: • Cell phone reimbursement • Food provided Work Location: On the road
