Manage the ground operations of the Balmer Lawrie deputed rakes Coordinating the activities of loading of rakes, coordinating at the client's and Indian Railways Exchange yard and Rolling Stock Maintenance to ensure reliable and secure railway operations. Optimizing utilization of human resources, equipment and infrastructure. Prudent operation management to meet operational performance targets. Ensuring that the no. of trips for BL rakes is at the targeted level. Maintaining high safety awareness and communication amongst with the stakeholders Maintaining close contact with officers of the clients traffic department for daily operations and expansion plans, and pla nning to ensure that Rail Operations meets the Companys future rail logistics goals. Ensuring the payment process is followed and completed on time. Maintaining harmonious industrial relations. Liaising with the concerned divisions of Indian railways on issues pertaining to movement of Balmer Lawrie rakes. Effective management of the Contractors engaged on maintenance/cleaning etc for Balmer Lawries rolling stock. Ensuring all data pertaining to the job is properly recorded in the system provided
