Staff Nurse Job medical Surgical Unit Karimnagar

Wanted staff nurse to a reputed hospital in Karimnagar. Fresher or experienced. Salary 12000 to 30000 Rs per month. Salary negotiable best in the industry. Accommodation free of cost. Duties and Responsibilities Managerial Ø Perform Nursing Assessment: Plan, Implement, and evaluate nursing care rendered. Ø Complete Pre - operative preparagraption (investigations, reservation of blood components, checking of due consents, ensuring permission from financial department etc. Ø Nursing documentation in brief, accurate and complete manner. Ø Work independently with other health professionals. CLINICAL Ø Obtain E.C.G, I.V Cannulation and Insertion of Urinary catheter, Naso Gastric tube, Wound dressing and Blood Transfusion. Ø Assist Physician during procedure like Central Venous Catheterization, Swan Ganz Insertion, Arterial Line Insertion, IABP Insertion, Dialysis Cannula Insertion, Pleural Tapping, Endo Tracheal Intubations, Inter costal tube insertion. Ø Maintenance of intake output chart (eg. Urine Output, RT feeds, Chest drainage). Ø Collection of specimens (eg. Serum, ABG, Urine, Sputum). Ø Management of intravenous fluids and inotrops (eg. Dopamine, Noradrenaline, Dobutamine, Nitroglycerin etc.) Ø Initiate CPR , defibrillation during cardio pulmonary arrest. Ø Maintaining personal hygiene (eg. Nail care, Hair care, Mouth care, Bowel and Bladder care). Ø Tracheostomy of the patient.(Suctioning Tracheostomy, Dressing) Ø Prepare the patient for various procedures (eg. X-ray, CT scan, MRI, ECG, Thallium study, Ultrasonography, Echocardiography etc.) Ø Check narcotic drugs at each shift duty and register, setting up the crash cart with all emergency drugs. Ø Impart health education to the patient and relatives. Ø Supervision and orientation of student and trainees, participation in staff training programmes. Ø Management of post liver transplant, heart transplant and care of patient with ECMO, IABP. Ø Pre and Post operative management of paediatrics.
