Role Description We are seeking an experienced and creative Wedding Planner to create the dreamy weddings. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of wedding planning, from initial consultation to the completion of the event, ensuring the event runs smoothly and meets the vision. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has exceptional communication skills. ● Client Relationship Management: Meet with clients to understand their wedding needs, preferences and budget. ● Event Planning: Collaborate with clients to plan and design the wedding, including venue selection, décor, floral arrangements, and entertainment etc. ● Vendor Management: Coordinate with wedding vendors such as caterers, photographers, DJs, florists, etc. for ensuring smooth and efficient running of the event. ● Budget Management: Help clients by providing them with a wedding plan/customized wedding plan by understanding the budget as per the need and preferences, ensuring that costs are managed effectively. ● Logistics Coordination: Handle all logistics on the event days, from transportation to troubleshooting any issues. ● On-Site Coordination: Oversee all aspects of the event, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to plan. ● Problem Solving: Provide quick solutions to any unexpected issues that arise during the planning or at the time of event. Qualifications • Skills in Planning, Event Planning, and Wedding Planning • Experience or knowledge in Budgeting and financial management for events • Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and problem-solving • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines • Passion for event planning and creating unforgettable experiences
