Job Title Experienced Graphic Designer – Amazon FBA / eCommerce Job Type: Full-time, In-house (Permanent) Experience Required: 1–6+ Years Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹55,000 per month We are looking for an experienced in-house Graphic Designer with a strong background in Amazon FBA and eCommerce creatives. You will work across multiple client brands, creating conversion-focused visuals for Amazon listings, A+ Content, storefronts, and advertising assets. You’ll collaborate closely with Amazon Consultants, PPC Managers, Content Writers, and Video Teams to improve CTR, CVR, and overall brand presence on Amazon. Key Responsibilities: 1. Amazon Listing & Storefront Design • Create compliant, high-converting product images (main images, infographics, lifestyle, comparison charts) • Design A+ Content and Premium A+ Content • Design Amazon Brand Store creatives (banners, tiles, category visuals) 2. Advertising & Marketing Creatives • Design creatives for Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display ads • Create visuals for Amazon Posts • Design creatives for external traffic ads (Meta, Google, TikTok – when required) • Ensure consistent branding across all advertising formats 3. Branding & Optimization • Develop and maintain brand style guides • Collaborate on brand positioning and visual storytelling • Optimize creatives using performance data (A/B tests, CTR, CVR) • Implement changes based on Amazon feedback and policy updates Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. Technical Skills • Adobe Photoshop (mandatory) • Adobe Illustrator • Adobe After Effects or Figma (preferred, optional) • Strong understanding of Amazon image guidelines and eCommerce conversion principles 2. Amazon Experience • Hands-on experience with Amazon FBA private label brands • Experience using A+ Content Manager • Understanding of Brand Registry guidelines • Ability to design for multiple marketplaces (US, UK, EU preferred) 3.
