Food & Beverage Server

Responsibilities: • ⁠ ⁠Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit. • ⁠ ⁠Present the menu, explain plant-based dishes, and guide guests with recommendations based on their preferences or dietary needs. • ⁠ ⁠Accurately take orders, punch them into the POS system, and ensure timely coordination with the kitchen and barista teams. • ⁠ ⁠Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation standards are maintained. • ⁠ ⁠Monitor guest satisfaction, address feedback promptly, and escalate concerns when required. • ⁠ ⁠Refill water, condiments, and table essentials regularly to ensure a smooth dining experience. • ⁠ ⁠Support teammates during peak hours and contribute to maintaining a positive team environment. Qualifications & Skills Required: • ⁠ ⁠Prior experience as a steward/floor staff/waiter in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting (preferred but not mandatory). • ⁠ ⁠Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi. • ⁠ ⁠Courteous, approachable, and customer-focused attitude. • ⁠ ⁠Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • ⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of food service etiquette and guest handling. • ⁠ ⁠Willingness to learn about plant-based cuisine and Greenr Café’s sustainability philosophy.
