About the job: Roles and Responsibilities: We are looking for a compassionate and patient-first Health Coach to join our Health Management Program. You will work closely with our medical experts to support individuals in improving their overall metabolic health through guided lifestyle transformation. This role combines coaching, accountability, and responsible program guidance helping people take control of their health in a structured, sustainable way. Understand each individual beyond surface-level goals: their routines, stressors, eating patterns, medical background, and daily challenges. Conduct structured online consultations including evaluation, goal-setting, and implementation of customized health plans. Guide individuals through practical nutrition strategies, movement routines, habit-building, and behavioral adjustments that are realistic and sustainable. Track progress across program milestones and recommend refinements in coordination with the medical team. Provide consistent accountability, encouragement, and support so individuals feel guided and not judged. Educate prospective participants about BeatOs structured Health Management Program, how it works, and what commitment it requires. Support enrollments and renewals through ethical, consultative conversations helping individuals make informed decisions about their health journey. Take ownership of both participant outcomes and program conversions, balancing care with accountability. Skills and Experience: Min. 2 years of experience has a health coach or in a similar role. B.sc in Home Science/Dietetics/Food & Nutrition or M.sc in Home Science/Dietetics/Food & Nutrition Empathetic, patient, and a strong listener. Comfortable working within a medically guided program. Confident explaining structured health programs and guiding individuals through enrollment conversations. Target-oriented while remaining ethical and patient-first. Organized and disciplined in documentation and progress tracking. Comfortable conducting consultations and coaching sessions online.
