The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing e-commerce platforms, analyzing customer behavior and sales data, ensuring a seamless customer journey, and implementing strategies that drive online sales. Additionally, the role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize product listings, handle customer inquiries, and improve user experience. Qualifications Strong knowledge in E-Commerce practices and expertise in driving online sales Possesses Analytical Skills for assessing trends, customer data, and sales performance Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to provide excellent support and foster positive relationships Experience in Sales strategies and techniques tailored to e-commerce platforms Proficiency in using e-commerce tools, platforms, and analytics software Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in e-commerce or online retail is an advantage
