As an Account Manager - Hematology at BeOne, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the company's overall sales objectives by engaging in various sales-related activities. Your responsibilities will include promoting BeOne's Hematology products to healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with different teams within the organization. • *Role Overview:** You will report to the Division Sales Manager and work closely with the Targeted Account Sales team & the Solid Tumor team. Your primary focus will be on promoting Hematology products to physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals in your assigned territory. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Promote BeOnes Hematology products through targeted physician calls to implement sales, marketing, and patient support programs. - Educate physician support staff on the proper use and handling of Hematology products. - Maintain communication with the Market Access Team and identify customer changes to address them effectively. - Complete all product knowledge coursework and compliance assignments. - Perform administrative functions such as reporting call activity and expenses in a timely manner. - Assist in issue resolution and communicate proactively with marketing and sales management. - Support compliance with BeOne policies and procedures. • *Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree with previous pharmaceutical sales experience. - 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales & sales management, with significant Hematology experience preferred. - Self-starting, self-managing work style with a focus on customer service. - Strong strategic sales focus and ability to analyze key performance indicators. - Familiarity with CRM software and proven track record of use. - Ability to engage in developing new business and resilience in the face of challenges. • *Additional Details:** BeOne offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness programs.
