Job Title: Patient Care Contact Center Associate – US Healthcare We are currently hiring Patient Care Contact Center Associates for our reputed US Healthcare client located in Andheri East, Mumbai. This role is part of a professional healthcare contact center where you will be trained to handle patient support, healthcare financial queries, and insurance-related communication following American healthcare standards. Shift Timing Candidates should be comfortable working in US Shifts from Monday to Friday: • 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM • 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound patient calls for hospitals and healthcare providers in the United States. • Assist patients with scheduling and rescheduling medical appointments. • Address patient statement inquiries and billing-related concerns. • Provide guidance regarding health insurance coverage and payment responsibilities. • Support patients in resolving financial and insurance-related questions related to their treatment. • Maintain professional communication standards aligned with US healthcare service expectations.
