Responsibilities and Role Mandatory Role and Responsibility: • Strong and capable doer end‑to‑end. • Hands‑on Full Stack Software Developer (Backend and Frontend), Technology Architect and Software Engineering Manager in a Cloud Technology Environment of AWS and GCP. • Build and deliver a highly scalable SaaS Cloud Platform for B2B, B2B2C and B2C direct consumer Cloud Digital Health Platform for web and mobile applications – from technology architecture to product design, development, deployment and final commercial delivery. • Accountable, responsive and committed to understanding requirements and delivering within tight deadlines. • Hands‑on with latest proven technology stacks for e‑commerce, FinTech, AgriTech, EdTech, or Digital Health and AI Health platforms. • Tech Architect for building a scalable SaaS platform: develop AWS Cloud servers, databases for AI Health products; develop back‑end and front‑end web apps, mobile coding; design APIs, integrate third‑party APIs; ensure cross‑platform optimisation, responsiveness; collaborate with graphic designers. • See projects through from conception to finished product and ensure both technical and consumer needs are met, staying abreast of developments. Personality Profile Demonstrated track record as a top software developer, delivering hand‑on multi‑hat role, team player, leader, respecting higher‑ups and juniors, exhibiting good behavioural practice, caring, respect, communication, integrity and professionalism. Experience IT service & MNC IT industry experience candidates need not apply. Only early‑stage to growth‑stage tech startup single‑handed multi‑hat role profile experiences candidates need to apply. Only tech‑startup IT product development full‑stack development experience is counted for selection and CTC package workout. • Total experience of 2 to 10 years in software engineering & product development, hands‑on multi‑hat role as doer first in web and mobile applications, preferably in digital health, AI health or other industries building highly scalable e‑commerce platforms using latest cloud‑based technologies. • Optional: 1 year as Startup CTO/VP/AVP/Chief Architect/Engineering Manager. • Mandatory: • 2 years as Software Technology Architect, 1 year as Solutions Architect. • 2 to 7 years as end‑to‑end single‑handed multi‑hat full‑stack developer (backend) mandatory. • Worked from scratch on new cloud platform product development. • 1 year in DevOps development leadership (optional). • At least 1 year as Software Engineering Head / Engineering Manager / Full Stack Developer Lead in an early‑stage to growth‑stage digital health startup, from scratch to complete delivery of world‑class products. • Experience as single‑handed independent and team lead with multi‑hat role, backend developer, QA testing on web and mobile app in a startup. • Strong organisational and software product engineering project management skills, not in IT services. Required Job Skillset • Proficiency with front‑end languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript. • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks: AngularJS, React, Ember. • Experience with Django, DynamoDB, LAMP, MEAN stack. • AWS (S3, EC2, Device Farm), Android, Kotlin, React, React‑Native. • Flutter, Dart, iOS, Swift. • Additional NoSQL skills in MongoDB (not mandatory). • Server‑side languages: Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, .NET, TensorFlow. • Database technologies: MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB. • Testing tools: Appium, Selenium, Robotium, Mockito, Espresso. • Excellent verbal communication skills. • Completed product engineering for highly scalable Digital Health / E‑commerce platform with high data security, privacy, cybersecurity, 5‑30 mobile apps. • Hands‑on development from scratch of a highly scalable digital health platform with 100‑50 million downloads.
