HR Executive / HR Manager

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive / HR Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening our workforce across corporate and franchise outlets. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding) • Hire staff for outlets including bakers, store managers, kitchen staff, sales staff, and corporate roles • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures • Handle employee engagement activities and performance management • Maintain employee records and HR documentation • Oversee payroll coordination and attendance tracking • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies • Manage grievance handling and disciplinary processes • Support franchise partners with HR-related guidance Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 2–5 years of experience in HR (F&B / Retail experience preferred) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously • Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems Preferred Skills • Experience in bulk hiring • Experience in franchise or retail chain operations • Strong organizational and leadership skills • Result-oriented and proactive approach Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: • Cell phone reimbursement • Commuter assistance Work Location: In person
